Marinated T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients
4 T-bone steaks

Marinade:

½ cup olive oil
red wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
coarsely ground pepper to taste
chopped parsley and tomato quarters
for garnish

Combine all marinade ingredients. Place steak in a shallow dish, pour over marinade. Cover with foil and leave for 1 hour. Pre-heat gas barbecue on high for 10 minutes, then reduce heat. Place steaks on barbecue. Cook for 6 minutes, turn and cook a further 5 minutes. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
