Meatballs with Spaghetti

1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
250 g minced steak
250 g sausage mince
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
½ egg, beaten
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoons oil

Combine first eight ingredients thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Form into small balls with wetted hands. Heat oil in pan, over a medium gas flame. Fry meatballs until golden brown. Remove and place on a plate covered with absorbent paper and keep warm.

Savoury Sauce:

1 x 225 g can tomato soup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon dry mustard

Combine all ingredients together in sauce-pan. Stir over low gas flame until hot, but not boiling. Pour over meatballs. Serve immediately with cooked spaghetti.
