1 small packet frozen peas
1 x 425 g can tuna, drained and flaked
1 x 425 g can cream of chicken soup
3 tomatoes, skinned and sliced
1 large packet potato chips
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
lemon slices and parsley
Cook peas according to directions on packet. Place layers of tuna, soup, peas, tomatoes and chips into a buttered oven-proof dish, finishing with the chips. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake pie in upper third of a gas oven over 190°C for 20 minutes. Serve hot garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
