Rabbit Paprika

1 rabbit
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions

Soak rabbit, cut into serving pieces. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat the rabbit in this mixture and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour over tomato juice, over and cook in the lower half of a gas oven 160°C for 1½-2 hours. Add chopped spring onions. Serve with triangles of toast.
