6 large or 12 small thin slices of veal
6 to 12 slices of ham
6 to 12 slices of Emmenthal cheese
salt and pepper
1 lemon, sliced into rings
125 g butter, melted
Batten veal out to size of ham. Place a slice of ham and slice of cheese on top. Roll up tightly. Cut each veal roll into 3-4 small rolls. Thread rolls onto a skewer alternating with a thin slice of lemon 1 Place on a preheated gas griller and grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, while brushing with melted butter. Serve with salad.
